After earning her cosmetology license, she attended the prestigious Make-Up Designory in Los Angeles, where she further honed her craft in the Fashion Artistry program. She has also earned her Beauty Industry Essentials Certificate from the Fashion Institute of Technology and her skills have since been showcased on the set of numerous photo shoots, fashion shows, advertisements, publications, weddings, and more.

In addition to her work in beauty, Courtnie has launched several successful businesses that reflect her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. She was one of the founders and the Editor-in-Chief of Plenilune Magazine, which has been published on Barnes & Noble. She also created xWanderLu$t Creations, a handmade jewelry line, and Queen of Wands Cosmetics, a vegan and cruelty-free makeup line.

As the founder and CEO of LoveStoned, a beloved online and brick-and-mortar boutique in Kansas City, Courtnie combined her love for fashion, beauty, and art into a thriving business.
